Under the auspices of Pathanamthitta District Library Council, Balotsavam was conducted at Kumplampoika for the UP and High School Students falling under Vadasserikara, Naranammoozhi and Perunadu Panchayath.
Balotsavam was inaugurated by the President of Vadasserikara Panchyath Mr.Maniyar Radhakrishnan.
Meeting was presided over by George Daniel President of Bodleian Library. KE Thomas, Vinod Koshy, MT Joseph, P.K Prabhakaran spoke on the occasion.
